From this site “http://businesssms.co.in/Client/BusinessSMSAPI.aspx”. you will get the working code in both language. But you have to be register on that site. They will give some free SMS for testing after that you have to purchase from that site.There are so many site are providing this service.

Any how i have send that code to your email Id, You change the userId, password and mobile No in that code and test it.
